“Overall, the flat worked out great for me. Being able to move right in and not have to worry about setting up internet, council tax, and utility bills made for so much less hassle. I thought the rent represented good value considering the prime location, as well as the fact that I had my own kitchen and living space. Sharing a bathroom was never an issue at all, as I never had to wait for a free shower in the mornings or evenings. The weekly cleaner kept everything in good order and seemed to make an extra effort tidying up where it was needed. I thought you were a pleasant and reasonable person to deal with as a landlord, and would still be renting from you if I didn't have to relocate for work.
